About Us

The Gospel Preacher Association was established in 1986 and has grown to more than forty missionary families. Our Founder and President, Dr. Tolbert Moore, has a vision for the world, but in particular for the little country of Wales in the United Kingdom. Since 1986 a number of missionaries have served in Wales. New churches have been started while others have had good success at rebuilding churches, and, as a result, some churches that were struggling and possibly facing closure are now enjoying a vibrant ministry.

From this early vision for the country of Wales The Gospel Preacher Association has grown into a local church ministry that handles over a million dollars a year in missionary support. We have missionaries and evangelists working as church planters here in the states and in eleven foreign countries.

The ministry of The Gospel Preacher Association consists of church planting, church rescue and recovery, the Cwm Rhondda Bible College (Wales), mission conferences, and missionary training for deputation. We also conduct mission exposure trips for pastors and Christian workers; youth missions and evangelism trips, camp meetings, revivals, and the publication of Gospel tracts and booklets. In all things we seek to aid and encourage God’s people in their service and walk with God.

The Gospel Preacher Association is supported by the freewill offerings of churches and individuals. There is no charge to our missionary families for the services we provide to them.
